Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to Devora Tech. These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with Devora Tech ("Devora", "agency", "we", or "us") regarding web development, custom software engineering, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
1. Scope of Services
Devora provides bespoke software development, web engineering, mobile app creation, and SEO services as mutually outlined in formal Statement of Work (SOW) documents, proposals, or project milestones agreed with the client.
2. Estimates, Sprint Milestones & Payment
Project pricing, sprint schedules, and milestone installments are defined in the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise specified:
- An initial discovery/deposit installment is required prior to sprint commencement.
- Milestone payments are invoiced upon successful demo staging of agreed deliverables.
- Final code repository and cloud deployment transfers occur upon receipt of final milestone settlement.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
100% Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment for the project, all intellectual property rights, source code, database architectures, graphics, and custom algorithms developed specifically for the client transfer completely and unconditionally to the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary branding assets, credentials, content, and timely sprint feedback required to complete milestones on schedule.
5. Post-Launch Warranty & SLA Support
Devora provides a standard 30-day bug-fix warranty on all production code following official launch sign-off. Extended SLA support, infrastructure monitoring, and feature updates are governed under our ongoing retainer packages.
6. Limitation of Liability
Devora shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, cyber attacks against client credentials, or unauthorized modifications made to the source code by external parties.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
