1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AppVisor App Store Optimization platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the AppVisor platform only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
3. Data Usage & Scraping
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from the AppVisor platform. All API access must be conducted through official channels provided in Enterprise plans.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some of our services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
